~~ATM Trap...

~~Attitude~~

A little boy went into a drug store, reached for a soda carton and ask him for a Phone Call. Shop-owner replied Sweety this is no a STD, but you can do one call. The store-owner observed and listened to the conversation: The boy asked, "Lady, Can you give me the job of cutting your lawn? The woman replied, "I already have someone to cut my lawn." "Lady, I will cut your lawn for half the price of the person who cuts your lawn now." replied boy. The woman responded that she was very satisfied with the person who was presently cutting her lawn. The little boy found more perseverance and offered, "Lady, I'll even sweep your curb and your sidewalk, so on Sunday you will have the prettiest lawn in all of North-Palm beach, Florida." Again the woman answered in the negative. With a smile on his face, the little boy replaced the receiver. The store-owner, who was listening to all this, walked over to the boy and said," Son... I like your attitude; I like that positive spirit and would like to offer you a job." The little boy replied, "No thanks, I was just checking my performance with the job I already have. I am the one who is working for that lady, I was talking to!"

*How to Increase Self-Confidence......

*How to Increase Self-Confidence & Create Love Within..
People can lose confidence and forget how to love themselves. At that point, life can seem pointless. Follow these steps to create a healthy self-love and re-energize your commitment to happiness...

Step 1...
Start doing some form of activity such as a sport or take a course. Get involved in things you enjoy doing. Play tennis; take a Spanish course, or that pottery class you have always wanted to try. Whatever it is, the new activity will make you feel connected to your community and a part of things. When we feel included we tend to feel happier with ourselves and our lives.

Step 2...
Tell yourself you love yourself. It may sound conceited or bizarre, but by telling yourself you love yourself every morning in the mirror you will begin to notice changes. You will begin to appreciate yourself more and forget what other people think. A big problem is always focusing on what other people think of us and by doing this exercise it will eliminate this feeling after time.

Step 3...
Get fit! Take some exercise classes or start walking everyday with a friend. Exercise has been known to make people happy and content with themselves. It doesn't have to be strenuous exercise and you can enjoy the exercise you do. It doesn't matter what age you are. Try swimming, aerobics, yoga, tennis or running. You will feel an overall sense of happiness when you do.

Step 4...
Read books on loving yourself. This doesn't mean you have to hang out in the self-help aisle at the bookstore. Grab a few books, sit down, and read. It is also a great time to get connected with yourself and your thoughts.

Step 5...
Spend time with yourself. It is very important we all have our down time where we can be with ourselves to get re-connected. With the hustle and bustle of everyday life it is easy to lose sight of yourself and your feelings. This can make us lose confidence and become off balance. Take time to be with yourself. Read, write in a journal, or go for a walk by the water.

Step 6...
Speak your mind whenever possible. Become an open book and talk about whatever bothers you when it bothers you. This way you will become more self-confident because you are standing up for yourself.

*Hard Disk Recovery Basics You Really Need to Know

Hard Disk Recovery Basics You Really Need to Know

More and more people involved in the IT aspects of their workplace are finding it useful to learn the rudiments of hard disk recovery, as more and more valuable data is stored on ever-more complex hard drives. Although being able to call upon the services of specialists in hard disk recovery remains essential in cases where the hardware itself has become damaged or the files corrupted, many office workers have found it useful to find out how such systems work in order to take preventative measures and try to minimize the risk of their storage systems crashing - and taking that all-important info with it.

The first thing to find out is how such systems work, in the most basic terms. Computer use will result in information being written on to the hard drive. Even when such data is extracted, it leaves its mark - and even when such data appears "impossible" to extract, resulting in the need for a professional hard disk recovery service, it is in fact still there, merely unable to be accessed by the normal means.

A cardinal error that many people who work with computers make is to fiddle with the device when it stops co-operating. Any IT professional will tell you that the important thing is to stop using it immediately. Most tampering is done in a state of panic, and can make things far more complicated than necessary when the hard disk recovery process begins in earnest.

Carrying on as if nothing is the matter is in some ways even riskier, as continuing to use a computer that has experienced data extraction problems can lead to new data overwriting the old information and eventually leading to a catastrophic loss that is all the more difficult to remedy. Generic disk repair software can also have a similarly disastrous effect, which is why it is better in such circumstances to rely on the specialist tools wielded by the properly-trained professionals.

Another piece of advice, which everyone hears all the time, is to regularly back up important information. Despite the ubiquity of this advice, it is still surprising how many users neglect to do this. A freshly backed-up system makes data retrieval much easier in the event of a crash, and even if all the data is not there, backing up information will make the situation much simpler for a hard disk recovery expert to deal with.
